Marco Minoni - The collaboration zone

A practical workshop on what it actually takes for a group to work with each other rather than around each other. We’ll break down the conditions that allow collaboration to emerge: psychological safety, clarity of roles, and simple, transparent decision-making structures. Through targeted games and short exercises, participants will experience what blocks collaborative flow, why groups get stuck in ambiguity or avoidance, and how to shift back into momentum. We’ll also practice fast, lightweight decision-making tools designed to keep conversations moving and make shared choices without unnecessary friction.

Marco Minoni is a facilitator, cultural anthropologist, psychologist, and sociologist by training. His expertise lies in facilitating decision-making processes and unlocking collaboration, supporting groups to navigate complexity, share power, and build cultures of care.
