As founder of Quintí\, she designs inclusive and sensory-led travel experiences that empower local communities—espec ially women—while fostering a deep\, respectful connection between trave lers\, territory\, and living ecosystems.

Jesús Martín

Jesús has extensive ex perience as a Project Manager specializing in Sustainable Tourism and Soci al Innovation. With more than 20 years of experience leading projects at a n international level with a clear social focus on issues such as gender j ustice\, climate change\, co-development and global justice.

Anja von Emden

Anja \;is the founder of \;AGAIA Coliving\, where she creates regenerative\, community-based tourism experiences in rural Italy. Her wor k focuses on regenerative coliving and retreats for digital nomads and pro fessionals\, connecting them with local communities through mindful living \, food\, art\, and nature. Through AGAIA\, she develops low-impact touris m models that support rural regeneration\, cultural exchange\, and long-te rm social and environmental wellbeing. \; \;

Daniela Elster Rifo

Daniela is the fou nder of Auka Experience\, a regenerative being and tourism initiative that designs and guides immersive trips to reconnect people with themselves\, others and nature. She is also part of the League of Intrapreneurs\, where she leads the design and facilitation of programmes that drive systemic c hange from within organisations. With more than 15 years of experience in travel journalism\, strategic communication\, project management\, and sus tainable development\, Daniela currently works within the Regenesis Instit ute's lineage of regenerative development\, integrating living systems thi nking and design from the ground up into tourism\, education\, and leaders hip experiences that seek to regenerate both people and the territories th ey inhabit.
