A practical workshop on what it actually takes for a group t o work with each other rather than around each other. We’ll bre ak down the conditions that allow collaboration to emerge: psychological s afety\, clarity of roles\, and simple\, transparent decision-making struct ures. Through targeted games and short exercises\, participants will exper ience what blocks collaborative flow\, why groups get stuck in ambiguity o r avoidance\, and how to shift back into momentum. We’ll also practice f ast\, lightweight decision-making tools designed to keep conversations mov ing and make shared choices without unnecessary friction.
